I placed an order with specific instructions on the shipment and called to make sure it was going to be done on time for me to get the shipment on time and was told everything was ok. A day before I was to get the shipment I called back to make sure everything went fine, not only did they put me on hold several times, but told me they hadn't actually done nothing with the order because they had some questions or trouble with they art, they said they tried to call me several times about it. That is a straight lie, I put my cell phone number in the order for them to contact me because this order was really important to me, and then they responded, well anywasy...we need you to send us the art again, when I responded I needed the order the day after, then she said ok, thank you bye, and hang up!. Not only did I not get my order on time when they advertise that they do things in 24 hrs. but they didn't let me know so that I could have somebody else to do it. Terrible Terrible service, whenever I have a change, I'll make sure people knows not to do business with you!!!

Please know and understand that we take Customer Satisfaction very seriously. Poor reviews are obviously alarming, but my reason for wanting to get to the bottom of this one is to fix the communication problem at the source. I have met with each Account Executive on our team regarding this specific review, attempting to discover more details. Of the thousands of orders that we’ve done in the last 2 weeks, not one of them matches up with concerns relayed in this review. Without further detail, I am not satisfied that we’ve done everything we can to resolve the matter, so I extend a personal invitation for this customer to call me, as the senior officer over all sales, to rectify the situation if possible.
