The logo I sent for the name tag was not entirely clear. Had I been notified that that would be the case, I might have opted for a slightly larger tag.

We were very pleased with the product, but it took over two weeks to process and send my order. I would be nice if it was a little faster.

The final produce didn't really look like the proof that I accepted. My logo was not very clear like it was in the proof. If you are going to have us approve a proof than the final product should look like the proof

I don't like the $18 fee for each additional proof, especially since one changed changed something back tot he original, however the product turned out great.
