I was a bit disappointed in the free shipping. On the website it said "Free shipping in the U.S. on orders of $50 or more" but when I contacted phoenixbuy.com to ask about it they said they had had to increase it to "Free shipping in the U.S. on orders of $75 or more". They just had not had time to change it on their website. I understand about increasing postal costs but I think they should have honored the $50 limit until they fixed their website.
