I purchased 2 tickets for a Madonna concert, and paid for an express international post for the tickets to be delivered to Australia. It took months for the tickets to finally arrive and they arrived via email (so why did I pay extra for the postal delivery). I feel the only reason that the tickets did arrive at all was because of constant phone calls asking where the tickets where.
