I was very excited to have found erain.net and find the item I had been looking for and at a great price! I quickly ordered my item and gave a positive feedback about my experience of ordering. I ordered my item on 08-03-2008 and after 10 days of anxiously waiting for my order and recieved nothing in the mail or by UPS I got back on to the website to contact the company and only found a way to email make a ticket that was to be answered within 24 or 48 hours. I did not recieve a response in that time frame but after about 72 hours or so. I started to think that I had been scammed. After recieving an email back from sales department that they showed the item had been sent but that the post office could not verify the tracking number or that it had been recieved by me so they emailed me and told me they would be sending me out a new one that day which was on 08-16-2008. In the comment they asked that I refuse or send back the order if I were to recieve two. The one missing or the one I had not recieved yet so that I didn't get charged for two items. I did not feel that I should be charged for two items because I did not lose the first item I had bought and I did not feel it was my fault I did not recieve the item in the first place and felt that it was poor customer service to charge their new customer twice for one item. Depending on how this plays out will determine whether I ever purchase from this company again or recommendit to others. If I get charged for the same item twice I will not visit this company again as I would feel that I did not get my item in a timely matter and then billed for two items when only one was recieved from no faultof my own. I recieved my order by regular mail today 08-18-2008.
