Light bulbs were received on-time, but end pins were too damaged to be of any use. Just contacted customer support by e-mail. Waiting to see if problem will be resolved.

Unfortunately, light bulbs can be broken in transit from time to time - our policy is to replace defective products 100%. By calling or emailing us, we will get the customer setup with the replacements they need.
