I contacted DrugNatural about the fact that I hadn't received my order within more than a week and that I had already ordered and received a product from their competitor at a much lower price.

Our prices are competitive. And like any industry, you can always find a better price elsewhere. As far as delivery of the order goes we try our best to process orders as quickly as possible, however, some times we run out of supplies, other times the manufacturers run out of stock or raw materials they process their products from which are dependent on weather conditions as they are all natural materials. On other occasions, sudden spike in demand creates a similar shortage such as in case of Resveratrol Ultra, Acai Berry Extracts and so on. As a result we are not able to deliver the products on time, 100% of the time. This is an industrywide issue and every one without exception is affected one time or other. There is just no two way about it. We hope we can do better.
