I had to pay some handling fees which I never had to before.

This is a lie, an outrageous lie. We challenge the idiot who posted this comment to contact us and prove that we have charged him/her a handling fee. We have never ever changed any handling fee to anyone. And we do not have an option to a charge handling fee but we do have a few shipping options for a customer to choose from: Our standard shipping is $6.50 up to $100.00. Over $100.00, the ground shipping is free above $100.00. The customers can choose, at their discretion, 2-day air or overnight delivery by paying the actual shipping cost. We have many products that the manufacturers require us to ship overnight due to short life or due to contents being live bacteria or for reasons best known to them and we merely recommend overnight or 2-day delivery those specific products. Any customer who thinks that this is a handling fee is an idiot. A customer can override these overnight shipping recommendations which many customers do and can still choose standard shipping of $6.50 or free shipping if order is over $100.00 We challenge this customer for his idiotic comment to call us and prove that we charged hi/her any handling fee. What this country needs is a bill of responsibilities of customers similar to bill of rights.
