Cust Svc rep resolved my issue about a mistake with shipping to wrong address. Difficulty (my mistake) was resolved and I am completely satisfied with Drugnatural's ability to correct and reship items.

shipping time should be improved. there are other companies who ship must faster. i 've rec'd some shipments within a day of ordering. why can't everyone be as effecient?

The only thing was the shipping cost more than the product itself... which was dissapointing but i wanted a product that was hard-to-find and I got it. I prefer iherb.com b/c the shipping is much more reasonable.
