I ordered my wedding favors online from decor24. When I get my shippment of about 4 boxes, I counted the items in each of my boxes and found that I was missing a few pieces. I called the customer service number and talked to a very nice man who listened to what happened, pulled up my order, said that he was sorry for the mixup and that he would send out the missing pieces the next day. He was wonderful and didn't make me feel like it was my fault like some companies do. I would recommend decor24 to others!
