My two items shipped from the same place, at the same time, via two separate shipping carriers, arriving almost a week apart and requiring me to pay TWO separate shipping charges. These charges should have been combined which would have allowed me to upgrade my shipping speed. ZAZZLE has erxplained that this is for "quality assurance"... but it was inconvenient, overly expensive, and incidentally became pointless when the USPS mangled the product when shoving it into my mailbox!!
