Free shipping for purchase over $100 was not working for me when trying to purchase via website (despite many attempts on my part). Company was contacted by e-mail and I received a quick response and attempts to resolve website problem were initiated by Your Stage, Inc. Unfortunately, website still charged me for shipping; however, Your Stage, Inc. was quick to refund my shipping costs.
