I ordered this tool as it was a Canadian supplier of reconditioned tools. Their web site stated the tool shipped within 24 hours. 3 days after the order and payment was made, an email was received by myself stating the tool was not in stock and was being shipped from the supplier. I retrned the email asking for clarification as the email recieved did not state from where the tool was due to ship from. I further inquired as to whether-or-not the tool came with a carrying case. 3 days after this, I received a reply clarifing the delivery date of the tool but no response was received regarding my question of the tools case. On July 22nd I received a mail stating that my order was "processing" and the next a further mail stated that the order had shipped. I received the tool 7 days later via canpar. During this period of time I ordered two other tools from "toolking.com". While World Wide tools was mishandeling my order, the toold ordered from Toolking were bought, paid for, shipped and delivered. Of note is the the shipping was cheaper from the U.S. than it was from Ontario. This is my first order from World wide tools and I can say with a great degree of certainty that it will be my last. Perhaps if WW tools had responded to questions in a timley manner instead of making me wait three days to get a response, as well as actually providing an answer to my questions, this would be different. It boogles my mind to think that an on-line store would not be properly set up to respond to a customers questions via e-mail. It is also maddening to agree to prurchase an item which promises to ship within 24 hours, pay immediately for that purchase then have a company notify you 3 days later that "oops! Sorry, we're out of stock." Here's an idea....try updating your inventory and have your web site reflect as such! In short you have lost my buisness and the buisness of any one I may have refered to World wide tools. My buisness, and that of my family, friends, and acquaitances, will now be going south of the border to Toolking.com. I would suggest you spend some time on their site....maybe you'll learn something.
