I had to return prior order because the diamonds are too cloudy. The company took very long in processing the return. They received the item last month 8/8/08 and they said the credit will be posted by 8/25/08, but until today (9/2/08) no credit is posted. I will have to follow up with them again.

World Jewelers never returned my calls or emails. I was supposed to order a ring for my wife one for me, but now I don't think I'm going to do that. Except for the fact that my wife loves her ring, the whole shopping experience for me was frustrating.

Diamond quality is not consistent. They do offer broad range of ring sizes that are not normally available at other websites. Customer service is friendly but they do not always respond in timely manner. There was a delay with this purchase and I was not notified until I check my order status from time to time when my order was in "incomplete"... More

I was not happy with how long that it took to get my order .. and also once I got it there were some imperfecxtions with the band of the ring .. alomst like little scratches on it
