I do not know what "on time" delivery means. My order was placed July 27 and it was delivered Aug. 25. In the meantime I received several queries by e-mail for delivery confirmation. A call to cutomer service only indicated that it had not been shipped. Why ask for delivery confirmation WHEN IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPPED? Two weeks later I finally received it! Any explanations???
