shipping options or time in which they will be delivered. Ship place is the worst in our area. Also, shipping place was not helpful when our package GOT delayed and did not have the information update on their site or when we called customer services. If Wilson’s could give an option on shippers or time frame of delivery. Also, as first time buyer we did not know if the package stamp would have the “location/place” in which it was coming from or if it was disguised, this would help to know.But everything came and for less then expected.

We appreciate your feedback on our shipping. We exclusively use UPS due to their high quality and fast, efficient service. After some research, we have found that weather conditions on the shipping route caused your delay in shipping. We expect our shipping vendor to deliver on a timely basis but we also encourage them to use safety standards to protect their delivery personnel in such conditions that may be risky. We offer all of our customers tracking information for online tracking of packages, we apologize if you were unable to access this information. We will be looking into our current shipping listing to see if we can enhance some of the shipping display information. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your products.
