Full Review for Wild Heart Western

I love the western show shirt I purchased, but I had to go pick it up at the P.O. distribution center the morning of the show because the shirt did not arrive on time. I placed my order on the night of 8/10/08, and paid for Priority Shipping -- 2-3 days. The shirt did not arrive until 8/16/08. I was not told (until I called) that the store would not be open on 8/11/08, so the order was not actually processed until 8/12/08. If I had known this, I could have paid for faster shipping, although I should not have had to. I would probably order from Wild Heart again, because I liked the product, but I will be more cautious.

We're sorry that this order did not arrive in the time frame expected by the customer. We work hard to ensure the fastest delivery time in the industry. As a matter of correction the blouse was not ordered until the night of 8/11 not the 10th as the customer indicated. The soonest this item could have shipped from our warehouse would have been 8/12. There was a slight delay in processing the order and it shipped withing 24 hours of receiving the order which is still by far better than our competition. Nevertheless, if the customer was not satisfied then we will work harder to do better going forward.
