When a company lists a telephone number, it usually means that number should be staffed with an employee to answer calls. I called several times, only to get a runaround with voicemails. When a company lists an item as "in stock" that item better damn well be in stock, if the company won't invest in an employee answering phone calls, inquiring about inventory stock.
