Full Review for SuperDuperClub.com

It would be nice to know if products are actually in stock when placing an order. I ordered something for my son for Christmas that was not really available, so my order was cancelled, but only after I emailed customer service. If I would have known the item was not in stock, I would have ordered elsewhere and been able to get the item by Christmas. Instead, I scrambled locally and luckliy found the item after calling about 12 stores or so. The internet is a great way to buy, but if an item is not in stock, it doesn't make things easier for me. I will not be buying from them again, due to lack of information and communication.
