Thank you for taking the time to provide customer feedback, whether good or bad. We work hard to provide great customer support but see there is still room for improvement. Our logistics department has made great strides to provide quicker, more accurate order tracking (typically via email) but there still can be shipping challenges on complex orders such as this one. Still, we will try and learn from this order and get better. It seems we did not meet your expectations but look forward to trying to win your business in the future.
