Have not recieved my order yet. The item was delivered to Cardinal Freight in Charlotte on 5/9/08 according to your customer service representatives. The customer services rep I talked to on 5/9/08 stated that the shipper would call on monday 5/12 to schedule the delivery. Cardinal Freight just called today to schedule the delivery on friday 5/16. Not sure why it has taken them a week to drive 15 miles to my house. Can not comment on the product as I have not seen it yet.
