Just received my order (november 20, 2008),had ordered on Oct. 23. Only when I called them did they change the status of my order and shipped the item on november 10. The delivery company called me on November 18, great service from the delivery company.

I have not heard anything on my treadmill but yet I have already recieved my bill on my credit card and am considering contacting the BBB.

The treadmill is not operating properly. I called them the day after it was received. The Customer service rep initially indicatged that I should install the part. I am currently awaiting shipment of a part and contact by the technician.

The treadmill mat that we ordered and paid for was not included in the delivery, the deivery people knocked the plaster off of the drywall on a corner and dented corner corner bead. The control panel of the treadmill is scratched and it looks used.

The 5.45 is a fine machine. Jogging is no problem. The display is a bit small.

Just recieved my purchase today so I do not know how it is. Hopefully assembly will be easy and we can learn how to use it and enjoy our machine.

The treadmill that we ordered is an excellent value, its the quietest treadmill I have ever heard and my wife likes it better than the larger Gym treadmills she uses at the Gym. The craftsmanship is excellent and it was fairly easy to setup. Thank you

The weld job on the frame was rather "iffy". Near the front bottom wheels, the metal clearly does not meet cleanly and is deformed. This causes the final plastic pieces of the assembly process to not fit/meet up properly, and looks crappy.

Suggestion: The delivery and setup would have been better coordinated with those doing the work if the Owner's Manual had been mailed ahead of shipment; or a download of some tips as to what to expect after the unit arrived."
