Your website said I was getting a name brand battery. I couldn't believe it for the price and wasn't surprised when it was generic, but I did feel your advertising was misleading. Shipping was surprisingly fast and the price was good even for generic.

Please go back to our website and clearly read the description of our items and look at the image. We clearly state that we sell non-OEM replacement products. Also, compare the price and the capacity of our product and original. Nowhere on our website does it say that we sell brand-name batteries. We stand behind our products 100% and if you don't want our product, we will gladly issue a full refund if you will return it back to us. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate our work and products!
