The product (Dog tags) are a bit smaller) than the web site makes them out to be. I am not upset, but was a bit surprised, for the money, that they were smaller than what was advertised online.

The lenght of chain was shorter than I thought and the dog tag was too small.

I never recieved my order. UPS stated that they attempted two times to deliver. I am always home during the day and have several dogs that bark when anyone is by the front door where mail box is or when door bell rings. The bracelet I ordered is very nice, however the engraving was not centered inside the bracelet due to a tiny 'symbol', probably from the manufacturer, that was in the center. For a man the bracelet is quite small. I expected something a little more rugged, this bracelet is actually quite feminine. It would also look really nice if you could center the writing on the backside of the bracelet and make the font larger. For the price, it was not what I expected at all.
