Full Review for Scanpan Cookware Store

i order my scanpan set an insert and a crepe pan. I received everything but my crepe pan. I and waiting for it. I contacted the seller Alan who said he was going to look into the the item. I did not hear from him back. I am a very busy person and I do not have the time to follow up every day. I usually take care of my personal matters on the weekend. I would like to have my crepe pan which I already paid for with my credit card. If I do not hear from you within a day or two. I will file a credit card dispute. I still interested in purchasing the crepe pan. I am happy with the set that I bought but where is my crepe pan???????
