Full Review for Scanpan Cookware Store

I ordered two items, one of which was out of stock. I was told the other would ship right away but never did. I had to follow up twice more about the in stock item, and was then told it would come with the out of stock, since if they took it out of queu my place in line for the items would start over and it would take even longer. Also, I haven't found the pans to be as nonstick as they say, even after following directions. I'm yet to be impressed for the money I spent!
