The customer service representative called me to make sure the the order was what I wanted and helped me find the product I really wanted instead so we could switch it and I am so greatful she did it looks so much better then it would have she was excellent. It costs a little more but its the same color now instead of the headrest being a differant color then the seats. I was so impressed that she called me to let me know my options. She was very friendly too. Kudos to her! And Kudos to you for hiring her and being on the ball!
