The refurb printer I bought gave me problems right out of the box. After contacting HP for help wit my problem I was told after the 2nd call the printer was no longer under warranty and I would be charged a fee. I am very pissed off

I think you have us confused with another vendor. We DO NOT sell printers and neither have we ever sold printers. We are a wireless VAR. We would very much appreciate you clarifying the comments left since this erroneously reflects negatively on us.
