I had ordered for my product to be shipped in their gift box and it arrived without the giftbox. Plus I expected the gift card to be printed on, instead it was printed on a label sticker and then stuck on crookedly. It looked kind of tacky. If I would have known that I would have left the card blank to fill out myself.
