while searching for grease traps on line, I wanted to try pex supply. I had chatted with on line help to find the weight of the large grease trap but got no satisfaction. I later decided to use the polyetelene grease trap and place the order with some miscellaneous items for stock. the shipping was very prompt with all the miscellanous items but the main item-poly/grease trap was out of stock and I was told it would be a few weeks(still no definite date of shipping!) I don't expect the clerical worker to know the importance of all the components required to complete the projects at various stages, had I know the poly/grease trap was not in stock, I would have cancelled the order and seek other avenues so I would not be in limbo with my project. I hope you can understand the cause of my predicament-paid for things and not knowing when to expect the arrival of the poly/grease trap. Up to now I have not received any information on shipping time. I hope you can influence the pex supply staff to facilitate the shipping of my order with some degree of urgency! thanks
