I felt that the shipping of the product could have been more efficient. The package was huge compard to the product. A bubble wrapped envelope should have been sufficient. This would have reduced shipping costs.

I could not track the order or reach anyone by email or phone to find out the status. I tried to cancel it but then it was delivered before I heard anything from anyone. I will not use you in the future.

Did not get good info from the tracking order section on web and no response to email from live chat- no one available during business hours for live chat. Left phone message which was not returned in a timely matter and had to keep trying every depatment until I got a LIVE person in order to speak to order status.
