I have called and left 3 messages, due to the fact that i cannot get through to a live person, it keeps circling back to the option to try again or leave a voice mail, i have an item on backorder and i need to cancel due to it was for a B-day present, and i had to buy it locally, still have been unable to cancel my order!!! call me 770-815-9547 mike
