The first carton arrived with one end of the box totally open and I refused the shipment. I call customer service and left a message. Customer service returned call next morning and said they had shipped a replacement. I got the replacement the next day. That carton also had the end flaps damaged but I accepted the shipment. In my opinion, the catrons were not well taped considering the weight of the product and the boxing materials used. Overall, the experience was very good.
