I still have not received the product I ordered.

Firstly i would like to apologize for the delay in your order, and can assure you that this is not a common occurrence.
If your order has been placed in the past 2 weeks we have experienced a few shipping delays due to a complete internal system upgrade, which caused some delays in orders being shipped. All orders have now been shipped.
