Company failed to live up to their rules regarding free shipping. I placed order 11 days prior and was within the 4 day free shipping. I tried repeatedly to contact them and when they finally responded I was forced to pay $50 to get this on time.

Customer got refund for shipping, customer was very satisfied, not sure why the red faces...we always take care of our customers, from beginning to end, customer services is our number one priority, I am sure you can all tell from all the other excellent feedbacks. Thank you very much to all for making us number one for 10 years now online!
