after placing the order it would not show up in the order screen for several days. i attempted to contact customer service with the telephone number given after calling several times throughout the days the phone rang for several minutes(more than 5 continous minutes) without an answer or even a voicemail option or recording. an email was sent that was replied to rather quickly though. overall i am satisified with this transaction and would definetely do business again.
