The only problem that I have with JoAnn.com is that when you do have a problem with an order, they do not respond to the emails sent to them. On March 24, 2008 I sent them an email about a problem with an order and they never responded and I buy a lot from them on line. They need to take care of their on line customers as good as they do in their stores.
