My frustration stems from paying an extra fee to expidite my order to have to give to someone only to recieve it 3 days later than I needed it. The product is fine but I will not expect better service for paying the extra fee, next time I will not pay extra for faster service.

Paying our rush processing fee only allows for the product to be shipped same day (if ordered before 2 PM MST). It is not an expedited shipping method. If you require the order to be received quickly, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method as well as the rush processing fee.
