We have not recieved our order nor has anyone email or called to say why. My husband emailed 2 times to find out what is going on;no answer but this survey, which we have recieved 3 times. If we can't find out soon when we will get it we don't want it!

We apoligize for the trouble you encountered. During the last weeks of October there was a critical failure with our email server and no one was receiving email. This problem has subsequently been resolved.
