High pitch noise issue when i connect my iphone 3G to the PA15-hon2. Trying to get support for it via USASPEC first, based on what i've read in a forum, it could be a cable issue. If issue can't be resolved, I will have to return the product as defective.

This is known problem with a small amount of the charging cables. There is a national back order on the cable right now but if you call us up we can set you up with an exchange as soon as they arrive.
