I like your product, however I an dissipionted because I have problems dowloading books in the txt format. When I download these books in that format The jetbook gives me an unrecognizable format message. As well when I down load book in the PDF format when I increase the font size the screen overflows so that I have to use the directional arrows to read the entire line. I don't know if these problems can be fixed or not but I would like you to help if possible.
