After reading some initial reviews, I was hesitant to place my order. There were several disgruntled customers, BBB records, etc. But, with the prices being so cheap, I decided to take a chance. Happily, I must say that I am 100% satisfied with my order. The free ground shipping was a little slow across country, but it was still free!

There is absolutely no customer service,the toll free number provided goes to a voice mailbox that is full and cannot take any more messages,they do not respond to emails,and the "live support" available on the website never has any operators.All of this,along with the fact I ordered my item on 6/28,it was billed and the sent me an email on... I placed an order on June 15th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! The "customer Service" phone number provided always says "mailbox is full", I sent 2 e-mails that have not been responded to at all AND I've clicked for "live help" numerous times but there has NEVER been ANY available. I've been desperatly trying to reach them since June 20th- it's now... More

Either get more people to be available to be online to chat, or disable the option. I tried several times to connect and every time it said no one was available.

The boom box was advertised as Brand new. But it came in a plain brown box and didn't include any instruction manuals, etc. It works ok, but we're dissappointed that we don't have any instructions to refer to, etc.
