I placed an order on June 15th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! The "customer Service" phone number provided always says "mailbox is full", I sent 2 e-mails that have not been responded to at all AND I've clicked for "live help" numerous times but there has NEVER been ANY available. I've been desperatly trying to reach them since June 20th- it's now... More

Either get more people to be available to be online to chat, or disable the option. I tried several times to connect and every time it said no one was available.

The boom box was advertised as Brand new. But it came in a plain brown box and didn't include any instruction manuals, etc. It works ok, but we're dissappointed that we don't have any instructions to refer to, etc.
