The billing process was somewhat difficult as I was able to buy the items I wantet but was not after a week. Submitting a copy of my credit card, Id, sending a signature on a paper and a bill with my address on it... too much!! And being told I needed an American card when the order had gone through... And to top it all I have been sent the wrong items. I can return it, but it just takes a lot of time and effort for something that shoould have been easy... Hopefully the rest will be easyer than it has been so far! E-mails have been answered very quickly. I am very happy about that!
