I was very dissatisfied with the delievery process, when I arrieved home they were on my welcome mat for anyone to take. I found a very large flaw on one of the diamonds. I would like to know if it is possible to return and get a new one

Store Response

As much as we wish we could we can not control the delivery process. We ship with Federal Express, but have no way to monitor the delivery process. Without referencing the specific order I assume that the pair were our I2 clarity. We take great care in the matching of our diamonds earrings. If a customer is unhappy with the product we will take what ever steps to correct the situation.
