Your staff member Josh was very helpful, but shipping did not provide a tracking number, because there probably was none - shipped by Priority mail, not Express mail. However, it would have been good to know that there is no tracking number; my expectations would have been different. Time was not critical; I got the package in 16 days (shipped May 1, received May 17), probably because of some delay in Customs. I was getting worried, but everything is OK. The other problem is that the Nirvana II RC sailboat assembly instruction manual is not as clear as it could be. I am pursuing this with the manufacturer.
