Although I order from the catalog the day after I receive it, I can never get most of the items I would like. They either don't have the color or the size or are always sold out. It gets very frustrating to have this happen every time I try. Sometimes I just don't bother to order at all.

I have ordered many items, the last one never came. i talked to sales rep, he said wait 20 days, In 20 days they told me it would be here by 22nd of august. 25th was annvers. with wife. it didn`t come, I called back and man said no sir it wont be there till the 26th, after my annvers. date. I`m very mad that what i bought on july 10th never came.
