The web site said I would be notified via e-mail with a tracking number when the order shipped. The order arrived 2 days ago and I never recieved any confirmation. I had to make a LONG DISTANCE phone call to see if my order had shipped. I have made hundreds of online orders and very seldom do I get treated this way.
