Buy auto Parts shipped promptly and the item was delivered in a excellent time frame according to the records. The problem we suffered was at the hands of the shipper- UPS. They didnot deliver to the correct address although they assured all parties that they did. The delivery was made to a vacant home in the neighborhood. The poor service was not on the behalf of Buy Auto Parts.
