The costume was very poor - even the buttons are askew. I am furious that your handling charges are not being refunded, and shipping should be too given the poor quality. Including the return postage, I will have paid more than the value of the costume for a crappy product.

I am sorry your purchase was so disappointing. In checking on your order I don't see that you have called or emailed us about this issue. The policy you are stating is not our return policy for damaged goods so I am not sure where this came from.
